Episode 2: Stroke Creativity 

 

In the second episode from the 'Live From The Pool' series, Aquabatix demonstrates in a live session how swimming instructors can teach artistic swimming strokes to their participants.

 

As well as the artistic swimming variation to the standard swimming strokes, the session also includes a new type of swimming stroke which will encourage variation in swimming lessons and challenge coordination. 

 

All artistic swimming strokes will enhance the standard swimming strokes and are a great form of swimming fitness for any age participants.
